** GENERIC TEXT** - You have received a Second Past Due billing notice for your pet's City of Dallas Animal Registration. Our records indicate that we mailed the second billing notice to you approximately six weeks ago, and have not received a response. If payment is not made within 10 days, your name will be forwarded to City of Dallas Animal Control. Local ordinance requires that your pet be registered with the City annually at the time of rabies vaccination. Above your name on the card you received is a nine-digit number that is the Reference Number you should use when contacting us about your notice. The date next to the number is the rabies vaccination date that we have on file for your pet. Also listed on the front of the card is your pet's name and the registration fee that is due at this time.
